  • How is Sullivan Storage secured?
    The property is well-lit and monitored by 24-hour video surveillance to ensure the safety and security of your belongings. It features a six-foot, no-climb wire fence and an entry gate that requires a FOB for access.
  • What are the hours that I can access Sullivan Storage?
    Sullivan Storage offers 24-hour key fob access for convenient and secure entry to the storage facilities.
  • Is their access to electricity to keep batteries charged?
    Yes. All of the covered park spots will have access to 15-amp battery charging. This is not available on uncovered parking spots.
  • What is the minimum rental term?
    The initial rental term is a minimum of one month, with subsequent rent payments due monthly on your original start date. When you decide to vacate, just give us a 15-day written notice, and there will be no extra charges within the prepaid month.
  • What are the payment methods and can I have it auto bill me?
    MasterCard, Visa, or Debit Card. We will be happy to assist you with setting up an automatic charge on your billing day to your card of choice.
  • What happens if I am late paying?
    Your monthly rent is due on the same date each month, based on your initial rental date. We offer a five-day grace period before applying any late fees.”
  • Does my Boat/RV need to be insured?
    Yes, insurance for your RV or boat is mandatory to store it at our facility. You will need to provide proof of insurance.
  • What other amenities are there at Sullivan Storage?
